If you leave
You keep the record. All of it.
Stopping payment does not lock your own work away from you. The record was written on your machine and it stays there — and you can export the whole thing on the way out, including the day you decide to use something else.

Questions
The awkward ones first
Why pay at all if I bring my own model keys?
You are not paying for the model. You are paying for the workspace around it — the capture, the record, the permissions, the export — and for that to keep working across your devices and your team.
Is local-only mode behind a paywall?
No. It is on every tier including the free one. Charging for the thing that keeps your work on your own machine would rather defeat the point.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It stays where it already was — on your computer. You can export everything at any time, and dropping to Solo keeps the workspace running on one machine.
Are the integrations available now?
Not yet. The eleven connectors are in preview — connecting a live account is still being built. Everything else works today without them.
When can I actually get Mesh?
Mesh is in development. You can request early access and help shape it, but we are not selling it as a shipping product and there is no price on it yet.
Do I need my whole company to adopt it?
No, and that is rather the point. One person can download it and be useful the same afternoon without a rollout, a review or anyone else changing how they work.
Is Niello certified against SOC 2 or ISO 42001?
No. Evidence is mapped to those frameworks so it lines up with what you report against, but mapped is not the same as certified and we will not describe it as such.
What does a seat actually mean?
One person, on as many of their own machines as they like. We do not charge per device, and we do not count meetings or minutes.
